Jesse Vance, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Vance is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Holland Group. He is a senior staffing executive with a strong track record of business growth and profitability in large to small companies. He has been successful in managing multiple operations over large geographic territories.
Formerly, Mr. Vance was founder and president of APS/Pinnacle Companies. He grew both companies to over 100 million in revenue from 1994 to 2006. In 2006 he sold APS and became part of the RADIA AmericaSM management team. Mr. Vance started his career in the staffing industry in 1984 with Norrell where he was Region Manager over 3 states. He then joined Talent Tree in 1990 where he was S.E. Division Vice President and in 1994 he founded the APS/Pinnacle Companies. His expertise in onsite staffing and creative vision led to many successful sales and implementations of onsite programs for a variety of companies nationally.
Mr. Vance is recognized as a leader in onsite staffing and outsourcing human capital. His understanding of lean manufacturing, supply chain solutions, and Six Sigma quality initiatives allows him to assist companies in developing outsourcing programs to improve efficiencies, cost reduction and improve profitability. Mr. Vance received his BS from Florida State University.
